Spa Fortè and want you to get the most out of your appointment. In order to maximize your results we ask you to:
IF YOU HAVE HAD SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 PLEASE WAIT TO COME IN UNTIL YOU ARE SYMPTOM FREE FOR 72 HOURS!
*If you have had a fever within 24 hours of your appointment, please cancel and reschedule.
*If you have traveled in the last 2-14 days or been around anyone who has been sick within 2-14 days, or had any Covid symptoms ( shortness of breath, fever, chills, muscle aches, sore throat, dry cough, or sudden loss of smell of taste), please reschedule your appointment.
*Due to the current pandemic, all guests are required to wear masks. Mask must be on before entering and must be worn properly through the duration of your visit and may not be removed for any reason. If you are receiving a facial or facial waxing, you will be instructed when you may remove your mask. No mask, no service.
*Temperatures will be taken upon arrival and hands must be sanitized or washed for 20 seconds.
*Please make sure to fill out all forms required for your service at least 12 hours prior to your service. Health History and Client Consultations are only required once per year. Consent forms and Covid forms are required for each visit.
*Upon arrival, please text us to let us know that you've arrived. Due to Covid our lobby is closed and doors remain locked to ensure the volume of people who are in the space, proper cleaning time, etc.
*While we understand circumstances happen, we ask that if there is an emergency, please let us know. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please give us a call and we can discuss our options.
*All appointments will require a credit card on file to hold the appointment. Your credit card will NOT be charged at time of booking, you may pay with ANY payment at time of service
*If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged for 40% of your service. A no-call no-show will result in being charged for 100% of your service.
*If you reschedule your appointment more than two times, we will be happy to reschedule you, however, there will be a 50% non refundable deposit required that will be applied to your appointment.
*While we adore children, our working quarters are very tight and there are lots of items that little hands can get into. It may be best to leave the kiddos at home for their safety, your comfort, and relaxation time.
*Children under 18 receiving a service will require an adult at the time of service and the adult must sign paperwork for the minor.
*If you are receiving any type of intimate waxing, you MUST put your phone away. FaceTime, videos, and photography are NOT permitted due to privacy policies.
*We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel the appointment from the time of booking through the service if communication is inappropriate or the technician feels unsafe.
