Covid Policies

IF YOU HAVE HAD SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 PLEASE WAIT TO COME IN UNTIL YOU ARE SYMPTOM FREE FOR 72 HOURS!

Fever/ Feeling Sick
If you have had a fever within 24 hours of your appointment, please cancel and reschedule. If you have been around anyone who has tested positive within the last 72 hours, please reschedule your appointment. This extends to the common cold, flu, and sinus infection.

Exposure
If you have been exposed within the last 5 days, have a pending Covid test or are feeling generally unwell- sinuses, allergies, cold, flu, covid, etc. Please reach out to us to be rescheduled. We will send you away and you will be responsible for the cost of your appointment if this is not communicated beforehand.

Masks
All guests are required to wear masks. Mask must be on before entering and must be worn properly through the duration of your visit and may not be removed for any reason. If you are receiving a facial or facial waxing, you will be instructed when you may remove your mask. No mask, no service.

Upon Arrival 
Upon arrival, please text us to let us know that you've arrived. Due to Covid our lobby is closed and doors remain locked to ensure the volume of people who are in the space, proper cleaning time, etc.

After Your Visit
After your visit if you develop any symptoms of being ill or test positive for covid, we ask that you extend common courtesy to us and let us know so that we can get tested and not expose our other cleints.

If you come in displaying sick symptoms, you will be turned away and charged for your appointment.
