Spa Policies
By scheduling an appointment at Spa Fortè you are agreeing to these terms of service. Please email spaforte@yahoo.com with any questions prior to scheduling.
Location
Please ensure that you are using the correct location service number and booking link.
Not Feeling Well?
We are if you're feeling unwell to reschedule your appointment.
Late Arrivals
We do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes late for your service will result in its cancellation and the application of a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price.
Cards On File To Book
All appointments will require a credit card on file to hold the appointment. Your credit card will NOT be charged at time of booking, you may pay with ANY payment at time of service
Confirming
All appointments will receive a link to confirm your appointment. We ask for you to confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation.
Cancellations, No Call/ No Show, Same Day Cancellations
The time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed or canceled with insufficient notice, we cannot fill the vacancy, causing a substantial financial impact on the business.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with Spa Fortè, we request 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service. A no-call no-show will result in being charged for 100% of your service.
Habitual Rescheduling
If you reschedule your appointment more than one time, we will be happy to reschedule you, however, you will need to pre-pay for your service, which will be non-refundable. If habitual rescheduling continues, your deposit and appointment time may be forfeited.
Children
While we adore children, our working quarters are very tight and there are lots of items that little hands can get into. It may be best to leave the kiddos at home for their safety, your comfort, and relaxation time. Leaving you child unattended in our parking lot is unacceptable and will result in cancellation.
Minors
Children under 18 receiving a service will require an adult at the time of service and the adult must sign paperwork for the minor.
Cell Phone Policy
At Spa Fortè, we require our guests' full attention in the spa treatment areas to assure your privacy, safety, ensure a favorable service outcome, support employee productivity and maintain a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere for all guests. Therefore, mobile devices must be silenced and stored.
Paperwork
Please make sure to fill out all forms required for your service at least 48 hours prior to your service. The Client Consultation form is only required once per year. Consent forms and Covid forms are required for each visit.
Duty To Inform
Your full disclosure during all pre-service consultations is mandatory. Spa Fortè
will not assume responsibility for your adverse reactions suffered when a guest has failed to inform us of contraindicating conditions.
Right to Refuse Service
The licensed professionals at Spa Fortè reserve the right to refuse service or cancel the appointment from the time of booking through the service if communication is inappropriate or the technician feels unsafe.
Refunds
We are pleased to provide you with a store credit within ten days of a retail purchase if the product remains sealed, unopened, and unused. Open items are considered contaminated therefore ineligible for returns or exchanges.
Additionally, services and deposits are non-refundable.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates must be used within 1 year from the date purchased , the original date on the gift certificate or the expiration date. We are aware that our old gift certificates only have the purchase date and not the expiration date. Treat this card like cash, if it is lost, we cannot replace.
