Waxing- the art of removing unwanted body hair from an area of the body by applying wax and removing. AKA giving you confidence and feeling like a whole new person.

Contraindications For Waxing
While waxing is safe and effective for most women and men, there are some people who will not be good candidates for treatments. Here is a general list of contraindications:
Diabetes - unstable diabetes patients may see slower healing times. Waxing is not recommended
Active Herpes Simplex in the treatment area - treatment is possible once the outbreak is healed, however it may be advisable to take prescription strength antiviral medication to keep this condition in remission during the treatment series.
Antibiotic Usage - Oral or topical
Acne Medication- Specifically Accutane. You must be off Accutane for 1 year in order to receive a waxing service
Retinol/ Retina Usage- Plese discontinue use of all retinol/ retina/ prescription retinol 1 week prior to waxing service due to the ability to thin and lift skin.
Tanning/ Tanning Beds/ Sunburns - If you have been tanning within 48 hours of your waxing service, or have a sunburn, waxing cannot be performed
Varicose Veins-Waxing over varicose veins can cause discomfort, unwanted bleeding, and lifting of skin
Contagious Skin Diseases or Rashes-Due to possible contamination and contagious nature
